United States Sixth Circuit

CASTLEBERRY v. BRIGANO, 02-3433

District court reversed and conditional habeas writ granted where it erred in determining that the state court decision did not conflict with clearly established federal law, as determined by the Supreme Court in Kyles, and it could not have reasonably believed that the outcome of petitioner's trial was worthy of confidence under Brady.
