MILLS v. DIR. O.W.C.P., 02-4209
An order of the Benefits Review denying the claims filed by petitioner and her deceased husband for benefits under the Black Lung Benefits Act, 30 U.S.C. sections 901-45 is affirmed where petitioner could not show that the miner had pneumoconiosis, that pneumoconiosis arose out of his coal mine employment, or that death was due to pneumoconiosis.
