MONTGOMERY v. HUNTINGTON BANK, 01-1283

In an action arising out a car repression, the district court's dismissal affirmed where plaintiff lacked standing under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. section 1692, and defendants did not qualify as "debt collectors" under 15 U.S.C sections 1692e and 1692d.
