United States Sixth Circuit

BANKS v. CITY OF WHITEHALL, 01-4155

As none of defendants' actions which the plaintiffs complain of occurred within two years of filing of a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 lawsuit, and plaintiffs were not prevented from timely discovering any actions of defendants that could conceivably be redressed, the action is wholly barred by the applicable statute of limitations.
