Employee reporting of employer activities that might violate Labor Management Relations Act section 302 is conduct necessary to further the policy of that section, plaintiff's conduct falls within the scope of this policy, and plaintiff's dismissal would discourage other employees from complaining about potentially disruptive conduct.
