United States Sixth Circuit

GULERTEKIN v. TINNELMAN-COOPER, 01-3920

The Ohio appellate court invoked the procedural bar imposed by defense counsel's failure to lodge a contemporaneous objection sufficiently to preclude federal court review of a juror coercion claim on habeas, thus denial of a 28 U.S.C. section 2254 petition is affirmed.
