Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 9024 provides that FRCP 60 applies in cases under the Bankruptcy Code, and by failing to meet deadlines for a response to the motion to dismiss and to file a notice of appeal of the bankruptcy court's decisions, appellant did not comport with procedural rules.
