US v. BOURNES, 01-2416

A conviction for possession of unregistered firearms will not be reversed despite defendant's due process "impossibility" argument, as defendant could have complied with both the National Firearms Act and the Firearms Owners' Protection Act simply by electing not to possess the machine guns at issue.
