United States Sixth Circuit
ROBERTS v. UNIVERSAL UNDERWRITERS INS. CO., 01-3653/3695
As both an initial offer and rejection, and a later offer and rejection were invalid to limit uninsured/underinsured motorist coverage under Ohio law, defendant's offer of coverage to an employer was inadequate, and coverage therefore arises in the amounts of the policy limits under the primary and umbrella policies.
