United States Sixth Circuit

AMELKIN v. MCCLURE, 02-5079

Kentucky statutes restricting attorney and chiropractor access to accident reports filed with the Department of State Police do not violate the First Amendment or Equal Protection, as they rationally further the legitimate state interest of protecting privacy of accident victims.
