THACKER v. CITY OF COLUMBUS, 01-4097

Plaintiffs cannot show a constitutional violation occurred when city law enforcement and paramedics came to their home in response to a 911 call reporting an injury, and ultimately made a domestic violence arrest. In any event, defendants are entitled to qualified immunity.
