US v. DUPREE, 01-1444

Government established the jurisdictional predicate for prosecution of Hobbs Act racketeering conspiracy and armed robbery convictions, and statements to police after arrest were admissible. A U.S.S.G. section 3B1.1(c) leader/organizer enhancement was proper where defendant supplied a gun and information.
