Fraud in the inducement claims are not actionable where plaintiff failed to show defendant made oral assurances with intent to deceive, and defendant is not prohibited from relying on the four corners of manufacturer's representative contracts. Failure to pay post-termination commissions did not violate the Michigan Sales Representative Act.
