HINCHMAN v. MOORE, 00-2457, 01-2446
A state judge's determination of probable cause in a criminal proceeding did not preclude plaintiff from re-litigating the issue in a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action based on the arrest, and a finding of qualified immunity for police detectives is reversed.
