United States Sixth Circuit
US v. WOLFE, 01-3128
After pleas of guilty to a series of bank robberies, upward sentence departure under U.S.S.G. section 3D1.4 was not an abuse of discretion, and the multiple count adjustment adequately reflected the number of robberies committed by defendant, based in part on defendant's acknowledged guilt with respect to six dismissed counts.
