United States Sixth Circuit
MARCUM v. MCWHORTER, 01-5020
In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action for wrongful termination, an adulterous relationship between a police officer and a married woman, which purportedly served as the basis for plaintiff's termination, was not constitutionally protected, thus summary judgment in favor of county is affirmed.
