United States Sixth Circuit

MIAMI UNIV. WRESTLING CLUB v. MIAMI UNIV., 01-3182

Because defendant's elimination of the men's wrestling, tennis and soccer programs was in accordance with Title IX, it did not deny plaintiffs equal protection of the law. Plaintiffs' Title IX claims dismissed and class certification denied.
