WEIGEL v. BAPTIST HOSP. OF E. TENNESSEE, 00-6611

A nurse's claim, that a hospital violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, was not actionable where 1) pre-resignation claims of age discrimination were time-barred, 2) nondiscriminatory reasons for not rehiring were not shown to be pretextual, and 3) insufficient evidence of retaliatory motive was established.
