MX GROUP, INC. v. CITY OF COVINGTON, 00-6305

City discriminated against a drug treatment center under the ADA and the Rehabilitation Act, because of the center's association with drug addicted persons, by refusing to issue a zoning permit for a methadone clinic in the city, and by amending the city's zoning ordinance to prohibit the clinic from opening anywhere in the city.
