US v. WALLS, 00-5867/5868

In appeals by two defendants following methamphetamine and firearms convictions, 1) likelihood of spillover of evidence did not mandate severance, 2) evidence showed knowing participation in the manufacture of methamphetamine, and that a firearm facilitated drug trafficking, and 3) disparity in sentencing between coconspirators did not mandate a downward sentence departure.
