Circuit Court will not hear an ineffective assistance of counsel claim for the first time on direct appeal, where there has not been an opportunity to develop and include in the record evidence bearing on the merits of the allegations; a DEA agent's testimony, and recovery of a handgun provided sufficient evidence to support a conviction for carrying a firearm during a drug trafficking crime.
