WILHELM v. BOGGS, 00-4459

Sheriff's deputies are entitled to qualified immunity based on third-party's "common authority" consent to deputies' entry onto property; appellate jurisdiction on qualified immunity is proper where existing questions of fact are extraneous to the qualified immunity question.
