SAULT STE. MARIE TRIBE OF CHIPPEWA INDIANS v. US, 99-2444

In an Indian Gaming Regulatory Act case, plaintiff tribe had no standing to seek review of Interior Department determinations allowing intervenor Indian bands to operate a gambling casino, where it completely failed to support its allegations of an adverse effect on business at its own casino.
