United States Sixth Circuit

BRANNAM v. HUNTINGTON MORTGAGE CO., 00-2225

Document processing fee assessed by defendant mortgage company was deemed "bona fide" under exception to Truth In Lending Act disclosure requirement, under 12 C.F.R. section 226.4(c)(7), and, because there was no genuine issue of material fact as to whether the fee was reasonable given the prevailing practices in the relevant market, summary judgment in favor of defendant affirmed.
