United States Sixth Circuit

US v. TAYLOR, 00-3790

Following defendant's plea of guilty to entering the United States without permission after deportation for a felony, the district court did not err in refusing to depart downward from the Sentencing Guidelines' range to take into account the fact that defendant's previous felonies were not serious ones.
