A bankruptcy court confirmation order is a final judgment for the purposes of res judicata with respect to claims raised, or that could have been raised, during confirmation proceeding; thus, plaintiff's claims of malpractice and other breaches of duty under Ohio law, which claims should have been raised in the confirmation proceedings, were barred by res judicata.
