United States Sixth Circuit
US v. GILMORE, 00-4014
Unequivocal written and verbal demands for money made to bank employees are a sufficient basis for a finding of intimidation under 18 U.S.C. section 2113(a) and, where the defendant used demand notes and a disguise, the evidence was sufficient to convict him of bank robbery under that statute.
