VESTAX SECURITIES CORP. v. MCWOOD, 00-1936

Having correctly determined that the current dispute regarding the purchase and sale of securities is between customers and persons associated with plaintiff, a member of the NASD, and arises in connection with plaintiff's alleged negligent supervision of its registered agents, the district court properly granted defendants' motion to compel arbitration pursuant to NASD Rule 10301.
