United States Sixth Circuit

US v. KHALIL, 00-3626

Where the government introduced extensive evidence linking the defendant to drug trafficking activity, and the only evidence cited by the defendant to show an absence of predisposition was his own testimony at trial, the court did not err in refusing to proffer entrapment jury instruction.
