LAC VIEUX LAKE BAND v. MICHIGAN GAMING CONTROL BD., 00-1879

Detroit City Code 18-13-6(a)(2), which gave preferences for gambling licenses to companies that helped legalize off-reservation gambling in the state legislature, violates the First Amendment and the Fourteenth Amendment's Equal Protection Clause.
