COMSTOCK v. MCCARY, 99-2448

Prison psychologist who released a prisoner from suicide watch after prisoner denied suicidal tendencies, is not entitled to qualified immunity from "deliberate indifference" claim from resulting suicide where psychologist did not review prisoner's medical records.
