FIERAN v. IMMIGRATION & NATURALIZATION SERV., 00-3379

Section 309(f) of the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act (IIRIRA), which allows for cancellation of removal for aliens from certain countries, applies only to aliens whose orders of removal were entered after the IIRIRA.
