US v. LAWSON, 99-1963
Under USSG 5G1.3(b), a court may take into account underlying state convictions for federal felon firearm possession charges in defendant's criminal history, and still make the sentence run consecutively with the state imprisonment, even if the two sentences arise from same incident.
