In a case of conspiracy to commit credit card fraud, evidence that a police officer knew that co-conspirators had a prior history of fraud, his purchase of illegally-obtained items from co-conspirators' pawn and testimony of the co-conspirators is sufficient to establish that he, the police officer, participated in the conspiracy.
