CHAMBERS v. STENGEL, 98-6349

Ky. Rev. Stat. Ann. 21A.300 and 21A.310, which prohibit and criminalize the solicitation of accident victims by attorneys within thirty days of an accident, are not unconstitutionally vague and do not violate the Equal Protection Clause or 1st Amendment.
