Landlord does not violate the Fair Housing Act, and provides reasonable accommodations to a tenant suffering from schizophrenia and depression when it gives the tenant whose conduct disturbs other tenants numerous extensions after and initial eviction notice, and advises tenant's social worker of the disturbances.
