US v. TAYLOR, 99-1643

Neither the protective sweep of defendant's apartment nor any other aspect of a police search of his premises violated the Fourth Amendment, where officers saw drugs in plain view upon arrival at the apartment, saw a person in the apartment acting nervously, and heard noises suggesting others were present.
