SCHRADER v. BLACKWELL, 00-3044

Ohio Rev. Code sections 3505.03 and 3517.01, which require political parties to obtain a minimum amount of votes or signatures before they can obtain a partisan cue for its candidates on election ballots, does not violate the 1st or 14th Amendments of the US Constitution.
