Defendant, who had no independent authority to authorize wire transfers, misappropriated $7.9 million through a fraudulent wire transfer and pled guilty to bank fraud under 18 USC 1344, does not qualify for an enhancment under USSG 3B1.3 for abusing a "position of trust".
