CARTER JONES LUMBER v. LTV STEEL CO., 99-4241

Under Ohio law, plaintiff could pierce the corporate veil to also hold sole shareholder of company jointly liable under CERCLA for plaintiff's response costs in clean-up of polluted site even if shareholder observed all corporate formalities.
