FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, N.A. v. STEVENSON, 99-6446

UCC Article 4 gives bank a fully-secured interest on debtor's deposit accounts under 11 USC 547(b) so that it would receive the same amount in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy as when it exercises its Article 4 collection rights.
