Affirmed. A district court order requiring the temporary hospitalization of a man who threatened to assault and murder two federal employees was a legitimate exercise of the court's authority. The court could order the limited mandatory confinement to determine whether he had capacity to stand trial and to determine whether he would regain competency in the forseeable future.
