Sissom v. University of Texas High School, 17-50913
Held that a former high school student may not proceed with a pro se lawsuit alleging that school officials, in his words, gaslighted him (meaning caused him a certain form of psychological harm). The defendants all had Eleventh Amendment sovereign immunity. The case involved an online high school program established by a state university. Affirmed a dismissal.
