On rehearing, vacated the original opinion in this case and substituted an order certifying a question to the Texas Supreme Court concerning the proper interpretation of the Texas Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. The issue involved the rights of investors who received transfers in connection with a Ponzi scheme.
