Nichols v. Reliance Standard Life Insurance Co., 18-60499
Held that an employee who stopped working at a chicken processing plant because of a circulatory disorder was not entitled to long-term disability benefits. She did not meet the definition of totally disabled in her employer-provided disability insurance policy. Reversed a ruling in her favor in this ERISA case.
