Affirmed. Defendant was convicted of using interstate commerce to attempt to coerce a minor into engaging in sexual activity and attempting to transfer obscene material to a minor. Defendant argued that material was not obscene and that there was no intention to transfer material to a minor. Fifth circuit affirmed the defendant's conviction.
