Held that an alien prosecuted for illegal re-entry could not collaterally attack the underlying removal order under the circumstances here. Affirmed the decision below, in a case that the U.S. Supreme Court had remanded in light of Sessions v. Dimaya, 138 S. Ct. 1204 (2018).
