In an amended opinion, held that a licensed motor carrier was liable for injuries that occurred when its truck driver crossed the median into oncoming traffic. Affirmed a jury verdict in favor of an injured motorist but modified the amount of damages, in this case involving Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
