Okorie v. Crawford, 18-60335
Held that a state medical board investigator was entitled to qualified immunity for allegedly detaining a physician for three to four hours during the execution of a search warrant at a medical clinic, in a case involving suspected overprescribing of opioids. The physician brought this civil rights suit alleging violation of his Fourth Amendment rights.
