Blake v. Lambert, 18-60176
Held that a school attendance officer could be sued for causing the wrong person to be arrested for failing to ensure that a child was attending school. The arrestee was the child's aunt, who did not have custody. Affirmed the denial of qualified immunity, in part, in this civil rights lawsuit.
